I knew it all along.

What do Obama and bin Laden have in common?

They both have friends who have bombed the Pentagon.

Yeah- there was more than enough ignorance in this thread when it was just Stincoln posting alone!

Oh so me saying i am voting for Obama is ignorance. My My My how intelligent do you sound. Both of you have proven time and time again just how wrong you are on so many topics. but you know what when its all said and done i will remain the one smiling.

That'll make two of us :D

I have noticed a pattern of McCain and Palin supporters. When someone says something they dont like about them they lose it. They find any means of attack to try and belittle the persons intelligence even if there is no response. I guess there is some training class i dont know about. but i bet if i put Bring the Pain Vote McCain these 2 would be praising every word i say.

I haven't seen this trend.
I think people question your intelligence regardless their politics.

The thing you try and prove only shows your desperate attempt to hold on to things that make you feel that you are right. For someone who claims to be so political why dont you step outside of a blog and stir up some stuff in a personal debate where ever you live. Since you dont know just how much i know so i guess that make you and so far your McCain supporters on here as well question my intelligence then so be it but it takes true intelligence to know when a person like you are most definitely a waste of debate because you only see 1 side of everything and try your best to research people and events to a default and only come up with half of a story all the time.

I have watched you several times in the past boast about how much you know by using obvious bias and unrecognized sources time and time again and when someone like FOXPAW shows you the real deal of it all you try belittling her obvious strength in getting to the REAL source by saying slick remarks as well as other members on this site. But as for me your ignorance doesnt move me but only shows how much ignorance has become more and more apart of who you are. All i can say to a person like you is you have your views which are clouded and i have mine which are straight forward and if i choose not to debate with you that only shows that i dont have the time nor energy to waste on a bull headed person like yourself.

And you another one who tries and belittle people with weak yet uneffected comments. you 2 must be cheerleaders for each other. Its only incoherent because your small mind cant comprehend when someone is actually making a valid yet stable point.

No, that's not it.
It's because you have no command of the language, don't use punctuation, and your outburst don't present a stable point at all. When people do that, like Foxpaws, there presence is welcomed and encouraged here. If you're interested in political theory, then you welcome a thoughtful challenge. That challenge makes you examine your own positions and really understand and articulate why you've come to that conclusion.

Perhaps you have a valid point in mind when you start writing, but it's just not making it to print.

do u think i care if i am welcomed. NO!!! do u think i care what stupid yet uneventful remarks you say to and about me NO!!! like i said in the other threads we can do this all day and night and you still wont come out looking or sounding any better than when you started with your ignorant comments.

You're exactly right on that point....
"Never argue with a fool, onlookers may not be able to tell the difference."

it has been marked.... and if McCain wins expect the more of the same and for our country to fall further into a hole.
Which policies in particular are you concerned about?

Other than you apparent desire to have someone else's income seized from them by the government and then redistributed to you, what Obama policies are you aware of that will actually stimulate the economy? What policies does McCain support that you think are going to make our country fall into the hole?

Make an argument, be specific...
or have another drink and go to bed.

it will with either candidate......................

You're right...
Even if McCain wins, it's going to be with a strong Democrat congress.
They will block any and all meaningful reform that will reduce the size and spending of the government.

Without fundamental government reform, reducing the size and scale of it, we're going to descend into the pit of socialism and historic irrelevancy.

Lmao a fool calling me a fool but your the one that came on this thread being a smart ass. again u prove my point of your over the top ignorance now break this one down.
Did you not watch the debate tonight as far as McCain goes its more of the same and since he has been backed into a corner notice how he keeps changing his proposals and so on. Its almost as of he is trying to mirror Obama's plans without crossing the lines of plagiarism. yes i watch this closely not only the debate but his town hall meetings as well.

it is not what is best for the country, it is dems not voting with rep. and rep. not voting with dems no matter what..

I agree with you on that. But its when 1 looks at the other as a threat that tears this entire structure of helping the american people out of this rutt. Instead of working together its like the crabs in the barrel syndrom theres always someone trying to climb over the next and forget about the crabs(people)(middle class) in the middle.

It has been said, "opinions are like a$$holes, everyone has one.
It is important to remember, you can express an opinion without name calling.
It always seems to happen that when someone either runs out of something to say in defense of his, or her opinion, they start with the name calling.
Lets take a step backward, and look at what the presidency actually is, and just how it may affect each and everyone of us.
When it comes right down too it, the real decision making is not done by the president, but rather, the congress of the united states.
What happens in the walls of congress more often than not is how our lives are "governed".
Sure the president can suggest to the congress his ideas and goals for the country but, it is up too the congress.
They vote all bills, and even if a particular bill is vetoed by the president, it can go back to the congress which , for all intent and purpose, they can muster up enough votes to overide the president's veto.
Actually, dispite some of the actions of the now sitting president, the congress pulls the strings, and the president is more puppetlike than anything else.
Some wonder who a president will appoint to the surpreme court, and how that person will affect the nation, and it's laws.
Again, the president can only nominate, the final choice is up to congress.
Dispite the current leadership, the constitution states that ONLY CONGRESS SHALL DECLARE WAR.
That also is not something that a president can declare.
So, being president really isn't all that much.
The congress is the big kahuana, and they are the decision makers.
We hear both the candidates saying they will do this or that.
They can't do sh!t without the congress approving it first.
So debate all they want, it doesn't amount to a pi$$hole in the snow.
The real ones to worry about are the leaders in the house and senate.
They pull a lot of weight in congress, and Mr or Mrs president can only sit back and hope for the best.
Let us use another example.
Both candidates are talking "taxes".
One says, "Iwon't raise taxes on anyone", while the other states, "I will give 95% of the people a tax break".
Now, who actually says who gets what?
You guessed it, the congress.
Debate and campaign talk, is just that, talk.
Leaders are necessary, and no matter how they are portrayed, without them, there would be anarchy.
The presidency is more likely a "figurehead", and by voting for a president every four years , it gives the populous a sense of belonging and involvement, while in reality, it is not the president we ought to be concerned with, it is the congress.
People like Ms Palosi are the ones that send a shiver down my back.
She weilds tremendous weight right now, more than she would if she were thrust into the presidency.
Harry Reid is another that concerns me.
These are the kind of people we MUST be more concerned about when we vote in our statewide elections.
In summing up, Obama and Mc Cain are running for an office that in all reality is a thankless job.
In some instances their position as president will be effective but, in the end, it is the congress that weilds all the weight.
Arguing about this or that candidate for president is fruitless.
Where you had better be paying attention,is when you are in the voting booth electing your choice for congress.
Bob.
