Broken Line help!

I broke one of the lines that go into the canister near the EGR valve. Any idea what the part number is for the line broke? I have a 2001 Lincoln LS V8 and if I can't find a replacement does anyone have an idea on a fix?

Good luck finding that around here. Everyone you ever run into around here all that kinda stuff is either already gone or broken. That is why I am trying to find out what the oem part number is for the broken line so I can get a new one. I know it's gonna be hard to find at this point most likely but not impossible.
