The connector that plugs into the coil on my ls8 got broken the other day when I was replacing vcg's. This is the female connector, not the male part on the actual coil. Anyone know if this part can be bought. Can't find it so far. I'll try Max tomorrow if I can't find one. I need my car up and running quick so I can get to work!

As always, thanks for the help!

Yep, just checked a couple local places. Looks like I'm going to the junk yard.:( I don't even know if the dealer has these.

I'm sure the dealer has it but it's probably only available as part of the entire engine harness which is probably $800.

When I look in my service manual it gives no part number, instead saying it's part of the wiring harness! Hopefully that's wrong. Good luck!

+2 junkyard and solder

or you might try lowes or radio shack for similar two pin connector. trim it up, duck tape it in.

is it the same as the injector connector? if yes, then it is the same as a speaker harness connector for ford trucks newer than 99ish which you can buy from best buy for $11.99 for a pair

it will still need to be soldered but it is a lot cheaper than the whole harness and a lot easier to find then running through a junk yard

never mind that, i got the male and female sides switched, how ever it should still be a factory speaker connector, which might be easier to find in a junk yard.

or if you need one bad enough there is one in each of your doors.
