brittbritt's got nothin on this...

Ok dealers never get high off their own supply, however someone has to be smoking Meth to want to own a donk. So I agree, not all donks are owned by dealers but mostly users.

Donks are just another way to express creativity, it started when the SUV became popular, people couldnt afford them, so they made their own (in a way). Me personally, I wish I had kept box chevy, it was cheap to maintain and I got more attention in it (not all good attention).

Must be pretty creative to want one of those over a SUV or even compare.

It was for people who couldnt afford SUV'S. Plus, why finance a SUV when u can spend 1500 on a Chevy, 2000 on rims, 1500 on a paint job and be done with it. Thats how much i spent on mine, and sold it for 5500 2 years later. Its just a matter of opinion, i guess.

I doubt its cause people wanted a SUV. Its more like that culture needs to prove who's nuts hang lower by who has bigger and uglier wheels.

You would have to be completely idiotic to compare a car on 24"+ wheels with barely any rubber to a SUV no matter how deprived you are of money. Seriously, you would never be able to do any where near half of the things you could do with a SUV with one of those cars.

Im sorry but if I wanted a SUV that bad I could take that 4k you total up to in your post and find a old Bronco or slap one hell of a down payment on a newer SUV.

"Raising a vehicle off of the ground by such a degree raises the center of gravity to a point where rolling the vehicle becomes a distinct possibility. The suspension modifications required are often meant for trucks and larger vehicles. If the vehicle's brakes haven't been upgraded to compensate for the significant increase in wheel diameter, its braking ability will be greatly diminished. In turning too fast, the weight of the vehicle may shift to extremes that were never considered for the vehicle in question, and may cause loss of traction or damage to the vehicle itself. If not done the right way by a skilled technician, a wheel could come off while driving, resulting in significant damage to anything it hits. If done properly, it rides the same as a lifted truck."

This is from Wikipedia, it has nothing to do with a "who got the biggest balls contest".

You put your trust in Wikipedia?!! Please! Look, one thing you failed to mention is the narrow wheels and super low pro tires they put on those ugly things as well as the shotty suspension rig jobs with a "hey if it works kind of attitude".

People that buy SUV's and put big flashy wheels on them arent buying SUVs for the purpose of buying a SUV and what they are made for so the argument is null!

 This thing serves more of a purpose when comparing it to what you say Donks were meant for!
