Bring 'em out (the angel eyes, that is)

YESSSSS.

I think I have blown a fog light ballast. one of my fogs has changed color and is not shining brightly anymore. May be time for LED's down there.

To avoid the DRL's I just unpluged the Highs (which I never use anyway) and left the bulb in, and if I need them I can just pull over and plug them back in.

Not really an option for Gen IIs :p We could just unplug the bulb inside the headlight or pop the fuses, but that's too much work.

Well its something you have to dedicate an entire day too. LOL

Forgive me, but what DRL's are you guys referring to? Do some LS models have DRL's that you can't turn off?

EDIT: Nevermind. It's a Canada thing eh?

Can you turn off the headlights and just drive with just your angel eyes on because I couldnt. Thats why I removed the High and drive with the parking lights on.

A Canadian thing..lol my day time running light's are on when I drive my LS without my HID's being on

Im kind of Confused now... lol. Is that actually not an option for gen2's? Is the wiring that different?

The way my sig is is the way I roll all the time, until it gets dark enough for me to HAVE to turn on headlights.]

Same here. Just looks SOOOOO much better when you can clearly see both rings.

So you disconnected the harness ?? Guess I will have to do the same. lol

No, I didn't do anything. That's why I'm confused. The closest thing my car has to any automatic on lights is the switch that turns the lights on at dusk, which i don't use. i have never had any forced DRL's.

Right, I wasn't joking when I said that lol but I thought someone would have confirmed that by now

So trifelife, what setting do you have the Headlight control set to when you drive?

DRL are a canadian thing, atleast I thought it was. Isn't a law or something over there?

Switch straight up and down "off" when I want everythig off. To the right one notch for parking lights which my angel eyes are wired into. Switch pulled out for fog lights on. Switch all the way right for low beams on when i decide to turn them on.
