How much is it?
If you want to deal with only one place then you'll pay a bit more to do so. You most likely can get the stuff cheaper in parts. The only oddball thing about the upgrade is the redrilling of the rotors to our pattern. The rest is bolt-on. I'd recommend getting a set of relocation brackets and rings for the rear from Fast Ed...

Ive got less than 600 dollars in my soon to go on cobra brakes, That is including the Front and rear hubs to facilitate a hub swap.

If your thinking of that kit so it would fit under the stock rims, the #1 kit you posted is actually ~5/8" smaller than stock sized rotor, but running a GT(?) 2 piston calipers so I don't see how they can call it a "big brake kit". 2 pistons would help though, how much I dunno...
I think going anything 13" or bigger in the front will require a hub swap like 94m5 mentions, or redrilled rotors. Either way, you'll need new rims to fit over them (17"+)...
