brake pull

My 97 continental has just started pulling left immeditaly as you apply the brakes. It then goes back right and then seems to stop straight. The front brakes are about 2 months old and wagner thermo quiet. The slides were cleaned and lubed but not the caliper itself since i didn't have the proper equipment. Also as a side note I had my e-brake stick and was told it was due to the spring that runs under the drivers door. However i was wondering if it could be caused by the rear brakes themselvs sticking. They were cleaned and greased when replaced (new calipers) just under a year ago. Also it seems to vary a bit in that sometimes quite noticable pull sometimes vary minor.
 
sounds more like a leak in the passenger side or something, i would at least bleed the passenger side brakes again. i wouldn't worry about the brakes
 
Ok i'll have have that done. Also I forgot to add that I have had the abs light come on at the 15mph test a few times about a month or 2 before I really noticed pull. Also though it doesn't pull every time it seemed to have gotton better. After I pulled off the rear brakes and regreased and cleaned the slides/pins. However I did notice some oddities on the rear pads. One had 2 cracks through the middle on the drivers side, then on the right side there was wear on the top and bottom of the outside pad.
