Brake lights and shift lock

Hi everyone I am having a problem with my 2000 Continental, the brake lights dont' work and the shifter is locked in park. When I put the right turn signal on it blinks real fast and the dashboard display says check brake lights.Turn signals all work except right side blinks fast.Tail lights work Brake lights do not. Checked fuses all good,Checked brake pedal switch tested good. Anything else I should check, Please Help its making me nuts. Thanks Mike

the fast blinking is a bulb burned out.

Found Problem

Found cause of problem, open in wiring from fuse box to brake pedal switch,replaced wiring everything fine, I also started getting messages on the display saying check tration control,check coolant level,somehow all must be connectedonce wire was replaced back to normal. Thanks
