brake help please

had oil change and tire rotation done two days later brake pedal on floor checked and found brake hose rubbed through on rim replaced hose bled system apparently had some air left and 75 miles later real spongee pulled into a shop had system flushed and gravity bled pedal great but nearly zero braking got home by luck and skill one wire off master cylinder put back on changed master cylinder again great pedal no stopping ability pleeease help

You separated the master cylinder from the brake booster?

If so, did you make sure to put the rubber seal that goes between the two, back?

Hard pedal and poor braking sounds like a vacuum leak.
