Bout to grab a 04 ls

i need some help i bout to grab a 2004 ls and i wanna know the most common problem ima have to deal with such as ball bearings or vacuum leaks can yall tell me what i should check out b4 i buy the car
 
the 2nd gens seem to have a lot less problem i think, one major thing to look at when test driving it is to stomp on it a few time during diffrent speeds and make sure that you dont feel any sort of hesitation or studdering. that would mean some coils are on their way out and that is by far the most common problem with these car any year. make sure all the windows work too, regulators fail quite a bit too.

Coils (check for engine misfires)
DCCV (check that the climate control can heat and cool correctly on both sides)
heated/cooled seats (make sure the highest cooling and highest heating setting work for several minutes on both front seats)
Transmission (check for harsh engagement of reverse)
Steering rack (check for sounds and rough feel when turning the wheel)
Parking brake (set and release it a few times and check for "service parking brake" message)
