bolt pattern lincoln ls??

how you doing everyone im new to the forums, i just want to ask you guys about some rims that im lookin at for my 2003 ls that are german. the bolt pattern is 5x114, is bolt pattern to big?

The LS bolt pattern is 5x108. Wheel offset no smaller than 42mm is the common practice from everyone on here
