not a big deal I got a clock on the computer
on the money for me...
Did you adjust your daylight savings?
Go to USER CP -- EDIT OPTIONS and under "Date & Time Options" and change the DST Corrections to ALWAY ON

fixed - i had somehow been reset to central time. i am an idiot.
