Bluetooth OBD and ABS readers and Software

Joegr's setup is the cheapest one that does the additional systems. Can't remember what it is at the moment, though. scantool.net?
Anything cheaper will do standard OBD codes only.

The more you pay for the device, (generally) the faster it'll read and be more stable. The more you pay for software, the more systems it can access.
 
You can always write your own PIDs and software to access more specific codes and sensors.
