So I've been told how horrible my trans go shift kit is. Has anybody tried getting their valve bodie modified by blue oval chips

I have a valve body done by Darren at BC Auto... last I heard he is the one who does the VB for Lonnie...

Anyways, I love mine, but all that is done really is a JMOD, something that at the time I wasn't comfortable doing, on my Mark I will just do it myself.

How bad are the trans go kits ?

bad..

if you read jerry's transmission information on tccoa it's all in black and white.

Of course you have to understand the functions of the parts he talks about to understand why the transgo kit IS junk, but rest assured it's junk.

anti freeze in the middle of December is worse

you obviously never messed with Mercron 5 much...LOLZ

I'd rather taking a soaking bath in antifreeze, than have 2 OZ of Mercron 5 get on me.

Merc 5 smells like rotten fish oil and it doesnt wash off easily

Gear oil is the worst by far

I put two bottles of friction modifier in my rear when I use synthetic.

when I only had one bottle in there you could hear the clutches grunt when they slipped... the second bottle stopped it.

friction modifier is the WORST smelling stuff ever. heres a lil trivia question the original friction modifier from ford (non synthetic) what was the main ingredient, also like to note the newer stuff dont smell half as bad as the original

and yes rich mad dog 357+your wang=fiery hot death from below!!!!
