Blower Motor Not Working - 12V at Wire

Pin 87 of the relay feeds the blower positive (Red/black wire).
Power from fuse 16 (under hood) goes to pin 30 of the relay (Red/orange wire). The same circuit feeds power to the coil of the relay at pin 86. The DATC grounds pin 85 of the relay to turn the relay on (Black/blue wire).

perfect. Ok. I checked power at fuse #16. Which is 12.5V

Checked fuse for continuity. Good.

You say magic doesn’t exist. Lol well I feel good and stupid at the same tome. I tested relay with meter, thought it was good. I was wrong. Swapped with another relay, and it started spinning. ‍♂️♂️

I will also add that I noticed AC was warm, did not hear compressor clutch engaging. Swapped out relay for this one, and good to go, I have cold air!
