I'll write the entire history out.

In getting the car the ac worked. Then I got a leak in the line going to the heater core and had water all over the pass. floorboard. After jumping the heater the leak fixed but soon after that I had a blend door problem. It's been so long I don't remember the sequence of events but then it would only blow out the vents and it would come on when it was wet outside then nothing would work.

I replaced the Ac unit itself. I replaced the controller ( used junkyard ). I replaced the blend door. I have now pulled the dash and found the yellow vacuum hose attatched. So now I'm wondering what the heck is the issue.

The ac will turn on as soon as you turn the car on and the blower will go on but nothing comes out of any of the vents. I cannot turn the ac off either. Just blows all the time.

Here are pics of what I see behind the dash, under the hood, and under the front right fender.

To me it looks like everything is hooked up correctly except that hose you see in one of the pics behind the glovebox area. ( about 1/2 in diameter ).

I've never had the AC 'filled up' ( frion put in ?? ) and don't know if that would be an issue.

Please Help me guys.

don't know what the black tube is. Doesn't look to go to anything.

Looking at the blend door it looks like I didn't seat it right. The screw up top was missing also. ( the pic is with the bottom loosened a bit but it doens't look like it sat in there correctly does it.

Wanted to take a pic of it before I jiggeled it around. The car's off but I thought I should still be able to move it. Is that right or does the car need to be on.

there is power to the blower. It sounds like it's blowing away fine. I get code 135 and 155 on the self test.

Doesn't make sense though. If there were ANY vacuum leaks I'd have air through the vent but I have none. this leads me to the blower motor. It does sound like it works but could it sound like it's working and NOT be working?

edit: can confirm that the fan is working fine.

Like I said before I have 2 blower control modules. Pulled both apart. One looks to have a burnt surface mount fuse. Other one looks fine.

I disconnected the red/black/blue/white vacuum tubes behind the glove compartment and there is no vacuum. I read that this means it's something under the hood. I've searched out everything I can find under the hood and don't see any vacuum leaks. has anyone had one heard of one of these vacuum reservoirs go bad.

Another case may be.. the white vacuum tubes goes to something in the corner. It's connected but whatever it's connected to is corroded pretty badly by water.

the reservoirs can leak and they also have a checkvalve built in that can fail too
Change that NASTY ac filter

..........thats just the recirculation door with foam on it

Is there a box that controls the air flow to the top/bottom/dash. I think that is what is not working. Does anyone have a schematic or can describe where it's at?

edit: think that's vacuum fed. After putting the dash back flush it feels like the defrost is pretty strong.

Usually if defrost works and the others dont that means you have a vacuum leak somewhere... Its a safety feature that your defrost always works.

The blower is working. I took it out of it's housing and saw it spin. I put my hand on the end of the box the blower is attatched to and thereis air going there.

When I turn the car on the unit is always on but I can switch from defrost, vent, floor and from heat to cold, but still no air unless I put it on max AC and then I get a little air out the vent.

Could I have a blockage?

Maybe the EATC that I bought from jaime is bad. It's the only thing I can think of now.
