I had a thought that probably wouldn't work, but I thought I'd put it out there. I was wondering what the temperature rating was on the black headlight sealant. My mother-in-law is a potter and she has kilns that she "fire" her pottery in. The kilns can get very hot, and I'm wondering if it could get hot enough to melt the black sealant, or if parts of the headlight would melt before the sealant. What do you think?

Black sealant can withstand temps up to 450 degrees. You will probably melt the headlight housing by then.

You Are Aware That Those Get Up To Like 3000 Degrees Right? You Can Try It If You Really Don't Like Your Headlights.

Yeah, I know they get up to like 2500 degrees, but it can be adjusted to very low heat. I didn't how hot the housing could get before it melted.
