Was looking at some SHO items I need and stumbled onto this:

Seems a little pricey at $939 though. Wonder how it sounds. Almost looks like it'd fit an '03 and up.

Mike,
I looked into this way back and I was also wondering what it would sound like. If you had to pick a car on there to compare it to, what do you think the closest would be?

Off topic, but Mike, do you know if Joe Scott is still running SP Motorsports? I know he was when they were in MD, but I lost touch with him not long before they moved to MI. He and Vadim (at the apparently defunct SHOShop) used to be the go-to guys on SHO parts...

No idea if Joe is still there. I didn't even know the shop moved to MI from MD! I'm still going to be buying some SHO stuff from them.

I didn't look too in depth, but don't they have sound clips? Sorry for the confusion.

Me either... but there aren't any sound bytes for the LS.

I didn't know it either until I was looking around the SP Motorsports Web site one day.

I used to buy all my SHO parts from Joe; I started when it was just Scott Performance--I think the last stuff I bought from him was the flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, and t/o bearing for my '95 back in early 2000. He was a good guy to deal with.
