jell yeah! i was torn between yellow and black and white and blue. it wasnt untill i saw both in person that i had to go with the white and blue. if i had gone with the zx7r it wouldve been yellow and black, but i wanted fuel injection.

k9t8m - what kind of buell?

Mine is a 2000 X1 Lightning Limited Edition Racing Stripe #217 of 800 (only 400 in the US). Ive had it for 5 years and it has really been a great bike. I ALMOST traded it in 2 years ago on a Gixxer 1000, but decided to keep the Buell just because I knew I would never see anyone else riding the same bike.

Trilkb do a trackday or Penguine racing school or whoever is at your local track!! To be able to ride as fast as you can without worrying about the police or being t-boned by grandpa in his crown vic is the most fun you can have on a bike..but be warned, its more addictive than crack and more expensive .LOL.

lol...the concentration in my wifes eyes kill me...and the grip she has on the bar...lol

yes, I know there other bikes faster, Im also an ex busa owner, but for a almost stock 750, that thing would walk my friends RC-51.

Good to know another busa owner, they are all I ride. Wasn't diminishing the 750, they are awesome bikes, and for what they are, exceptionally fast. Sold one to a customer with a few mods just last summer. Very well balanced bike, and especially for the money one of the best sport bikes out there for daily use IMO. Just wanted to post a few of my favorite vids, to offer up some adrenalin! ;)

Enjoy in good health all!

yep, I'd still own it had it not been stolen. It was the caddy of rockets...speed and comfort.

I WILL own another one day...

Yes, definitely comfortable in stock or slightly modified form. Love the torque, everything is so very easy to do on the busa.

Anyway, trillkb, enjoy the new bike, sounds like you've definitely got the right perspective on riding to keep yourself safe and have fun!
