Does anybody have experience shipping rims to another state? I wanted to know the cheapest way and which company i should go with to ship some 20 inch rims with tires. If anybody knows i would appreciate it.

I've shipped rims and tires by placing cardboard squares (2 or so) per face of the rim, then wrapping it in tape around the rim in 4 places. The tires protect the corners of the rim while the cardboard protects the face.

Never had any complaints or problems.

Greyhound might be cheapest, FedEx would be 2nd cheapest, followed by UPS.

^ for RIMS? you must be joking! USPS is cheap, but it gets a LOT more expensive with weight.

USPS size/dimension limits keep you from using their services.

UPS or FEDEX are the best choices.

Bind them together with cardboard between each pair and on each end. Then wrap with shrink wrap heavily. Then use some packing tape to keep the shrink wrap from coming undone. You are ready to ship them.

Prolly going to be $60+ to ship each pair.
