I used the search function and i'm still not sure which plugs and wire set is for me. I have a 97 base with no upgrades. I plan to go with the LMS mufflers and LMS twin XX pipe with the LMS chip soon. With that being said, what plugs and wire would work great for that setup? also are there any aftermarket coil packs as well.

You don't have spark plug wires. 97-98 were coil on plug. (COP). Unless it is missing or something you shouldn't need to replace the coils, they are kind of expensive anyway. The boots usually dry rot and crack, so you might as well replace those, they are inexpensive. For plugs I ran Autolite 764's. There has been many discussions about this topic, so use the search forum and prepare yourself for hours of reading.

I would go with NGK iridiums and Motoblue coil on plug (cop) solid connecters and silicone boots.
