best HID kit for a 93 Mark VIII

Where would be the best place to source a HID kit, and what would be the best kit..i want something that is reliable, i do not want to deal with bulbs and balaces all the time, i want something that is high quality but priced right..thanks for any input guys

I can't call it "the best kit" but I can say I have had zero issues in the 6 months I have had mine in. I got the 10,000K kit. It was shipped to me fast and didn't come from Hong Kong. Just make sure to let them know that you want what is pictured, not the slim plastic ballast design.

Still just as bright now as they were then but now they're aimed a lot better.

Since aiming them, I have yet to turn on the high beams. Simply just don't need them. Another reason is because I haven't re-pinned the switch so that they stay on if I do hit the brights. Don't plan on it anytime soon because they aren't needed in my case. It's not often that I'm on roads that don't have light already. If you want a whiter look, go with the 4300K, 6000K or 8000K. When you get to the 8000K, the color starts to show some blue but it's mainly when you look at them, not from the inside. Takes about 10 seconds for them to be fully lit after turning them on.

www.vvme.com i've had 3 kits from them for 3 different cars and haven't had an issue with quality or reliability. I usually get the 4300K for the Rav4 I got 4300K 50watt ballast and I really like the output about 1.5times brighter than 35watt ballast. I bought 4300K Digital Ballast's for the Mark. I can now at least see with my low beams and I also have them on the high beams. Thats why I got the digital ballast there made for alot of on/off action. The protection in them is far better than analog ballast.
