Normally my battery voltage when car is started is around 14...sometimes after I start it or during driving it will drop down to under 13 and as low as 10.5... And then it will go back up after a few. Had alternator and battery tested. Both are good and fine. Battery is also brand new as is.
Could this be the starter causing it?
From my knowledge the starter has never been replaced on my 1995 Lincoln town car. When I got the car 6 years ago it still had the original battery in it. Shows you how little it was driven and how good it was taken care of.
Any advice would be much appreciated
