This is exactly why I say it is extremely important that you know who you are voting for when it comes to picking someone who is running for congress.
This is much more important than who you select as a president.
Prime example.
Bush is powerless during this economic fiasco.
The congress is the power in regulating what happens with this economy.
Barney is just another example of power gone wrong.
