Bank 2 lean Code

I just pulled a code saying that bank 2 is lean. Are there any common causes of this?

Mine was a dirty MAF sensor. But I also had a code on Bank 1 at the same time.

Since it is just one side:
1) Injector clogged
2) Vacuum leak on drivers side of intake manifold/possible gasket
3) O2 sensor bad

Check all of your vac lines especially the IMRC solenid and the air intake lines. I just had the same problem and thought it was the 02 sensor bank 2.
