i know you aren't really getting and help on the topic, and i can't add to it since i have limited knowledge and seems you would know the things i do since you've had bagged vehicles prior. My only advise to you is do what you like on your ls. People are here call it hatting or what-not but it's just a difference in tastes and them not being able to express that properly. No one goes up to you while you are working on your lawn and tells you, "hey, you really shouldn't add that plant there, it doesn't look good". Your car, your decisions, simple as that.
