So last week my radiator decided to develop a crack in the top of the passenger side tank on the radiator. Had to disconnect an A/C line to get the radiator out losing all the freon in the system during the process. The LS A/C system takes 27oz of freon and they only sell cans, here at least, in 12oz size. They have bigger cans with stop leak and other conditioners, but I don't like to run anything but freon. So I put 2 cans in(24oz), but lost a couple ounces due to a bad o-ring on my gauges and it blows cold while driving, but not when at a stop. On top of all that, I was putting up my rear drivers' window and when it got to the top, CRACK, and my window started to fall. It I kept the window from falling far and put tape at the top of the window to hold it up. Anybody have any tips for holding the window up without tape?(besides buying the clips right now) Anybody use the clips off ebay? How hard/easy was the replacement job? Thanks for the help!!

Also, I'm going through the same thing. My window dropped just a few inches. It's not completely shot and I was able to get it to catch again going up.

Well I plan to take the door panel off today to see if there is anything I can do to fix it. As soon as I heard the crack, I never touched the button again so I dont know where the track is at currently. Thanks for the suction cup trick, might have to try it.

Upon further inspection, looks like I need a new regulator. Hopefully they are not that expense online.

I'm in the same boat. Suction cups worked for me on another car ;) it's 10x better than tape or something. A piece of wood would be good in the mean time if you had the door apart. LS is too classy for tape!

I got mine for about 60 bucks on rockauto a while back, regulator with motor.
