Auxiliary Coolant Flow Pump Mounting Bolt?

In reinstalling everything back after my major work...I couldn't get the bolts for the Aux pump to thread back into fan shroud.

They are the same size as all the others, M6 with an 8mm head, right?

No. I'm really sure they were/are 10mm head with very course threads to screw into plastic without any insert.
