Auto headlight

Hey guys,
I have always had my auto headlight turned off with the dial. All the sudden its back on? I have the dial on it turned all the way off and they still come on in the dark? Time to replace the switch?

Mine sits there without me touching it and shows on the info center that I have a 30 second delay when I leave the car without me doing anything? Kind of annoying cause until it stops I can't do anything involving the info center.

Just have to find one on EBAY and hope for the best in my case I guess?

mine is a 96 gen one nothing on the info about headlight dim, just the ok if on.
