Hi Everyone,
I've recently moved to Austin from Canada, and quick discovered that my air conditioning isn't working. I tried topping up the refrigerant and it does get some system pressure, but it quickly drops right back down.
If I pressurize the system, I can hear a leaking noise from somewhere around the right side of the engine. The compressor does engage (pully turns), so I assume this is likely just a leak in some of the tubing.
Any one in the Austin area have a recommendation for a good mechanic? I'd definitely like to avoid the dealerships and anywhere else right now would be a shot in the dark. Ideally its better if they've worked on LSs, but any good and reasonably priced mechanic would do.
Thanks!
Kevin
