Hello everyone,

I've been thinking about replacing the awful, amp-less, 22-year-old JBL speakers in my '95 Mark VIII for a while. And the time has come, I've picked out some Harmony-Audio speakers and a Belva 10" subwoofer that comes with an amplifier. I'll have to buy some door tweeters, and those rear tubular speakers separately though. I believe these will be perfect for what I'm after. But what I'm having trouble with is finding a radio, or head unit that will fit in the Mark VIII's factory dimensions. I'm after something with a screen, touch preferably, but doesn't need to be, something I can hook a back-up camera too. Any suggestions?

Thanks for reading!

a generic double din will fit with some cutting/filing.
its not too hard.

Really? I heard it was a real pain to get them to fit. It seems like the majority of the head units I've been looking at have very similar dimensions. They all come around; 2 din, 10cm tall, 18cm wide, 13cm deep, and has a 7" touch screen. What would be involved to install this?
