Blend door..........

Had to do the blend door recently. Here's a link to instructions.
Follow them completely they are very detailed and explicit.

Door actuator assy. with gray arm is about $43 and lower black plastic arm (probably broken too) is like $8 . Have part # and receipts somewhere in garage if ya need em.
Look under dash on pass side to locate it first. It's a bitch to reinstall working
upside down with one arm! Be patient. And don't believe these guys
saying it's a 4 hour job. Nothing is easy on cars anymore especially for a first timer !

lol 4 hour? how about 90 minutes, thats all it takes me, if you want proof, ask jack carter from tampa, he brought a chair and a book to my shop and sat while i did it, one of these days when i get another one in to do, i will take pics, and give instructions on how you yourself can do it in an hour and a half, there is absolutely no need to take everything apart like all the directions on the internet. the directions i have read through have the person taking way more things apart than needed. the blend door in my opinion is one of the easiest things to change in a second gen hands down.

I would be very interested in that info jamie. Ive done 2, and i know sooner or later ill be doing another one.
