i don't think i will make it there opening day but i want to go this year. it will be my first time ever going to a track what safty stuff do you need to have?

I would love to go but I will be out of town. i will go a few times this year.
Safety stuff -- the only thing some Mark viii people might have to worry about is a helmet if your running 13.99 or better. Other than that just double check everything on your car no-one likes to wait for track people to clean up fluids, or push your car off the track if it breaks.

If you can shift them gears....... Helmet. Im gonna need one too. My quad helmet is dot approved I think that's all I need.

lol yea i am not that good at shifting yet, i am still trying to powershift right. i am shure a good driver could go half a seconed faster then me in my car. o well have to start some were huh.

Are you talking about the MILAN DRAGWAY in MILAN,MICH ??? I once had an offer to buy that place from the owner back in 78-79-80. He was from Arkansas and wanted to get out. Who owns it now???
