02 LS Alpine system...
The past couple of weeks I have noticed my radio seemed to not have as much "power or prescence" or whatever you call it, but only sometimes. I thought it might just be signal strength of the radio, but other times it would have plenty of punch. It was strong on my trip to somehwere today, then on the way home it was "not really powerful anymore". I hoped in the back and found my passenger side sub was not working at all. Yet it worked fine this morning. Since this is intermittent, not cutting in and out, but happening at different times. What could it be? A loose wire? Something shorting out? Is there any test to check speakers or codes from the head unit? Please help.
