are you putting this on the ls?

why not get a regular front mount, not enough room?

Yep.. Plus, I can save all the relocating that quik did.. It doesn't get too warm up here so I'm not worried about heat soak..

Id stop by some honda forums and see what they run on their boosted vehicles.

you have a turbo on your ls, is yours the one they were doing that test fit on or am I wrong? If your just trying to cool the air why not try CryO2. a friend of mine had it on his car and when he activated the system it gave him about 10-15 horse. I thought about trying it on my car

I'm sorta doing Quik's design.. But I'm not doing a solid intake.. Rather, I'm going to have the compressed air come out of the SC and go through the water/air intercoolers (ran right next to the SC) and get routed into the appropriate side of the intake..

That's Alex.. ;)

look like good stuff and there is cheap and this is a Really good pump you have my friend have this on on his Ecotec 2.4 supercharged (air-water intercooling mod), it will need you your intercooling liquid reservoir

search for 'chargecooler' - which is what most of the air-to-water ones are called.

and don't forget that you'll have to add another radiator into the mix...

Frozenboost.com is a joke. They won't make any custom units. Makes me wonder if they really are made in the US or in China.

Find some turbo shops in your area and call them. Ask them if they build custom intercoolers or if they could recommend someone locally. I know of a shop in Phoenix that builds some nice units, but I can't remember the name of it off the top of my head... or the bottom, for that matter.

That way, you can have proper measurements taken and they can be built for your application, not a one size fits almost everything.

Don't be surprised when you find out that you won't spend much more than a cheesy one size fits most unit.

Thanks.. ill try that when I can get to a computer.. radiator will go were your air to air is.. :)

and a pump and reservoir...

I'm planning on the livewire for a tuner.. this way I can check iat stats.. I am going to try it without a reservoir and will add one if need be..

That's what I was thinking.. we have no performance shops up here so that's why I was asking more along the lines if you had a shop in mind on the other thread.. the one I posted is about the dimensions that I would need so I 'could' make it work if need be..

without a reservoir? how you gonna fill it? bleed and trp air out of the system?

usually you mount it as the highest point in the system.

Well I found this out.. you don't need a reservoir; which I kinda already knew.. I will also add a fill point higher than the intercoolers..
