Anyone having trouble opening the LLSOC site? I can't get onto it.

I registered on LLSOC over a month ago and made payment via paypal and I still have not even received an email from them after trying to contact them several times thru email and phone. Had to file a claim with paypal to see if paypal refunds me the money.
