My '98 LSC is my weekend pleasure cruiser. For a little over 3 months however, she sat unused with a full tank of gas because of the pandemic. When I recently took her out of quarantine she started fine but seemed to stumble a few times on the highway both during acceleration and just cruising. At one point I even pulled over to check under the hood and she stalled out but restarted without much difficulty. I also noticed the smell of gas all during this time.

When I got home I checked for codes (there was none), pulled a plug, checked the air filter and looked for any thing a miss but couldn't find any problems. I added a can of Seafoam, not that I expected a miracle cure, but figured it could help if there were any problems with the fuel. Since that time she seems to be running fine again - no stumbling and no fuel smell. Do you think there is a possibility that I just got a bad tank of gas? I'm a little uneasy about taking any long drives when I couldn't pinpoint the problem.

Thx!
