no. when you tune your car. the handheld will download your stock tune and while the hand held is holding the stock tune it is locked in order to tune another car you must return your car to stock tune first. this is done in order to keep some guy from buying 1 hand held and tuning the entire block. it was a smart move by sct and other programmers to do this. even tho it sucks for the rest of us
