anyone ever replace the side molding on a ls door?

Right next to the a-post if you were looking at your driver door from the outside it would be just to the right of the window dividing the back window from the front. There small black pieces that have to un-screw somewhere. Mine came with 3 dents so i would like to replace this piece but i want to know how easy it is and possibly how much it cost..thanks!

Replacement cost was a little over 200 bucks for 1 IIRC.

Isn't the A Pillar between the windshield and the door? And the B pillar between the two doors? I'm not sure what black part you are referring to.
