the is really a neat event.

I ran my LS there in 2001 and 2002. Back then only a few cars broke 200mph.

When I went in 2004 - some 20+ broke (most not in class) and 8 bikes - couple of them went over 240.

I saw the last run on SuperCars Exposed (speed channel) and now there is a bunch of exotics running - lots of eye candy.

Last year the boost logic Supra did 240ish and then blew the motor... fail

yeah - those guys are just up the street from me. They hold several records, and do it with very straight forward, simple builds.
