Any Ideas?

Hello,
I have a 97 mark viii, I wrecked the right front area of the car. The right front tire was a bit out of alignment but I fixed all that. now I have no power steering. I replaced the belt, and the power steering pump but still very hard to steer. any Ideas as to what could be wrong? I am going to check the rack and pinion next.

System is self bleeding... crank all the way to each direction.

It was the rack and pinion.
