Angel Eye FIRE!!!KEN

So last night I was walking out to my car and noticed that one of the drivers side angel eys was out. So i opened the hood and smelled some burning, I took off the cover to see what was wrong and noticed sparks and a little flame coming from the (i think its called) ballast, its the battery looking thing that all the wires come from, I got that under control and noticed that 2 wires were out of the casing that snap together. What do I do now do I need to replace the whole thing or what. Ive had them in for over a year and no problem, bought them from ebay, so im SOL on the warranty side. Please someone hlep me out. thanks

you can ask the person you bought them from if you can purchase another converter.

mine is out too. ken said he had some extra ones but i think he's selling the pair. i'm thinkin' of gettin' it off ebay. they're 25 shipped from this one seller. forgot his name but i'll find out if you're really interested

Sounds like the two wires coming from the ballast/inverter shorted out. I'd recommend splicing the wires together instead of using the plastic connectors.
