i have had my new lincoln for about 2 weeks and when i took the floor mats out to vacuum the car, the carpet was wet...
i called the dealership, told them what was going on, they asked me if i bought a warranty, i told them no, we couldnt afford it at the time, and they said to bring it in and they would fix it anyway.
turns out it was a leak from the ac condensation drain, and they had to replace some gasket and do soemthign else.
and they did it for free!
if anyone is in dfw area texas and wants a new/used car i highly reccomend manuel lincoln mercury in fort worth.
