In addition to the posted list, (prices assume you do your own work, I don't have any idea what it would cost to hire out):
You need to be looking at replacing the entire cooling system. Most of the folks here have reported seeing leaks in their plastic parts in the 100K mile range. My own started leaking somewhere around 120K miles. Expect to spend somewhere in the 600 dollar range to replace all the parts except the radiator, and look forward to getting another 100K miles out of these parts.
Spark plugs and COPs. Expect to spend around 450 bucks.
Start paying attention to the windows not quite going up and down correctly. If they have little stutters, make noise or stop halfway down, the regulators are failing. Another thing to look at in the 100K mile range. Regulators are around 50 each, I think. Just bought two of them and danged if I can remember the prices now.
Check the entire suspension. The rubber starts going. Mine had failing rear links when I bought it but they didn't look like they were going out until they started acting up recently. Replaced them yesterday, the old ones were pretty bad and really should have been replaced when I bought it. There are other parts under there that will need to be replaced soon. I think the Deeza links I used were 80 each, but this is another one that I can't remember what I paid for the parts.
When you start hearing a sound like driving on a gravel road when on a hard surface, wheel hubs are ready for replacement. I think these were about 70 to 80 each, for Moog parts. Or was it Timken? Stupid memory. Pretty easy to replace these though, if you've ever done a brake job involving replacing a rotor you are just three bolts and one connector away from doing a hub replacement. Except that getting to the ABS connector requires removing the inner wheel well. While you are in there, the fuel filter is behind the driver side front wheelwell, at the rear of the wheelwell.
I'm sure there's more...
