I wanted to know the best alignment setup for my LS to get the best performance out of my suspension on an Autocross

here's some thoughts....

If this is your daily driver - and you put highway miles on it - stick to the stock setup - otherwise you'll wear tires out very very quickly.

that said ... here's what I do.
I run 1.5 degree negative camber in the front and 1.7 negative camber in the rear. The rear is not adjustable - so this is the result of choice of tire width and lowering springs. The fronts have a 'little' adjustment in them.

I run an additional 1.2 degrees of toe-in on the front (left the rear alone). The issue with toe-in is that it can help your turn in but it can be unsafe and make the car feel 'darty'. It also creates a pronounced scrub on tire - but since I'm already running with such bad camber - I'm sacrificing $ to the tire gods anyways.

My issue is to create a good balance of weighting the front tire (when turning) enough to get good bite but not too much roll as to cause a weight shift where I'm unloading the opposite rear corner and cause a huge oversteer when I get back on the pedal coming out of the corner.

Playing with your tire pressures can make a big difference as well.
