it's a big yellow one, mounted on a steel bracket, and it's to the right of everything.

mine was grey, so not sure if that will help.lol 2 connectors in it, side by side. it does say anti theft module on the side if you can get to it though.

do i have to take other stuff out to get to it.. and once i disconnect that.. my keyless will still work correct??

is it about 4" x 6" x 1" thick.. kind flat looking on the right side??..with both connectors on the bottom side by side??

sorry i tried to find a diagram with no luck

yes it has nothing to do with keyless entry. no you don't have to take any other stuff out - it was very simple to remove.

thanx.. mine is black.. all these diff colors confuses me .. haha.. ill just reach in there and disconnect the connectors..

i just realized there are 2 modules the same size right next to each other.. one is black.. one is baby blue.. the baby blue one is right inside the glove box.. the black one is farther back than the blue one...i can reach the blue but not the black... a pic would be a LOT of help

my luck ill disconnect the wrong one and my car will blow up or something

k. not completely sure on this, since mine looked like the grey one, and i am told some were yellow. now that i look at it i think my 93 might have been yellow. neways, it is one of these... lol.

i dont think it is blue. although i do remember a blue module. its not the alarm module.. there should be a sticker pn the side of the anti theft, saying it.

well at least i know its not the black one.. but the blue one i have looks like nothing in that pic.. and i dont see anything that looks like the ones you circled..

this is definitely my luck.. haha... BAD LUCK!

it wont blow up, but it might bypass the malatious transducer pack, resulting in high intensity magnucent sound waves, which will eliminate the transmitting capabilities of your catilytic converter module.:p

something like that will happen.. im sure of it!!..

i think i found it.. there looks to be a yellow/cream colored module stuffed under the blower motor.. all i can see is the connector end and a slight glimpse of the corner of it.. i tried to move it to see but i can't...thats gotta be it i guess..

but my luck strikes once again and a total downpour outside just put a halt to my task at hand..

thanx for all the help.. ill have to get back to it next week.. when the rain is supposed to stop

now that sounds like a tru anti theft module... yea, its a pia to get to. needle nose help.

Just set the alarm off and feel/listen for the box with the relays clicking inside it. That's how I found mine.

Stole this from those other guys

is it in the same position in the second gens?
I might have to disconnect mine to resolve my starting problem (turn key everything comes on except car wont start and ANTI-THEFT light blinks rapidly)

Hey, that's my photo!

That shows the plug disconnected from the alarm module in one of my cars.

Glad you found that photo. Now I don't have to find it.:)

actually the reason i got my 93 so cheap was because of a wiring short car fire behind the dash. it must really suck to know your car is on fire, but cant see, or get to the flames. when i did get the dash out there was just one big melted ball of wires.
