I've seen this recently.. I can't remember who it was, but someone did buy it. I have bought all my intakes for the last 7 years off of Ebay. The only car I've put a name brand intake on was my 2nd Gen LS, because there is no cheap one for it :D so it has the K&N. I Have bought $50 intakes for my F150 SC, Suburban, Focus, S-10, they have all worked noticeably better than stock. I can't see how it could be too bad, but its up to you.

Wouldn't hurt to try it. It still gets rid of the stock air bos and all the other restrictive parts from the stock set up so it should work fine

well I will be a test dummy, I just bought one, I guess I will see in 2-7 business days.

The only thing I see that might be a problem is the lack of small hose connections for the PVC and vacuum. The one that LSK use to sell had those two connections. He use to sell one that was all chrome and fit around the intake cover.

Wouldn't it have to have those connections?
Maybe they're just not visible in the picture.

I ordered mine but have not received it yet. I will update about this when i get it.

I was going by the picture and it seems like just straight pipe. It might have the connections. We will hear form you when it arrives.

Still have not received mine, but they emailed the instructions which include better pictures.

Just got mine today, looks good, I will probably upgrade the filter w/ a larger one laying around. I will also make a heat shield that will seal off heat from radiator.

Were you able to put the plastic cover back on? Mine didn't fit back on.

Yeah I just put it on, the cover fit perfectly, you must have the passenger side tube pushed into the elbows too far. What I did not like was the IAC and Breather hose fit real real loooose, I had to wrap tape around the plastic nipple then shove the sleeve over the tape then the Plastic hoses fit tight. I have a scanguage II and watched the IAT temps was always 5 degrees lower than the outside temp, when sitting at a long red light the IAT would just keep rising, but as soon I as I get going over 20mph it drops down colder the outside temp.
