OK so back in March I changed out the front air bags for coils. Ever since then the back air bags was ok until last weekend. Now the back air bags is slammed and the car bounces like crazy. So ever since the i had the coils put on the air compressor never came on once. If it did I never heard it. Does the compressor pump up the rear air bags?

Yes, the front pumps up first and then the rear.
which makes it a PITA to "trick" the front sensors into thinking they work, in order to get the rear to respond.
Kale from the other site did a manual air ride control, called the "Kale Mod".

We did it on Tiff's 93 and it made it possible to control each end independently.
you need a switch to turn on the compressor and a switch to open the rear bag solenoids. it's a fairly simple deal, but a complicated system to mess with.
