Aftermarket cam for v8?

I have never replaced an engine in a vehicle and went back to stock, so here is my question
is there a company that sells aftermarket cams for the v8 in the Ls?

Not in the U.S.A., however there are companies that will regrind your camshafts to new spec. You might also look to see if they have performance parts for the 4.0 or 4.2 jag engine over in Europe.

IIRC, comp cams was regrinding for somewhere in the area of 200-250.. I would give them a shout..

There's a cammed LS on youtube. I believe it says they were custom ground. It can be done. It just a question of $. If you want to go fast on the LS chassis, I believe a GM LS engine swap is the way to go.

Yea.. Remember that the LS has a DOHC (Dual Over Head Cam) system. That means there is a total of 4 cams. I can't remember if that price was for all cams, one side, or each.
