Hi everyone, I'm trying to get some input from the experts, (y'all) about a new set of shoes for my LS, here is what I've been looking, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/4-VOLVO-70-80-SERIES-V70-S80-18-CHROME-OEM-WHEELS-NEW-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem35b3a5583cQQitemZ230647224380QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories

also this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=200628774123&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT

any suggestions? also is this set of wheels according to the specs will fit properly in our LS?

Attached is the picture of the two shoes.

I like both. Make sure your car is lowered.

i almost bought the second set a while back.. but i was going to have them chrome plated then the parts that are painted black now i was going to have painted black again after the chrome so they would be black and chrome..

both are nice.. the second ones kind of remind me of somthing youd find on a bimmer thou..

The R10s are the better choice IMO. But I am biased to machined faces.

And yes if you cannot find 19s, you DEF need to lower.

First are nice, but better if they were 19's. If 18's is what you want and it's between those two, I'd say the second choice

my vote goes towards the second one. don't have aftermarket wheels myself but I'd suggest something bigger if you buy wheels to fill out the wells.

Thank you guys for the input, y'all awesome :) I think I have made my choice, it will be the 2nd.picture, R10's plus its a whole lot cheaper. There is a seller on ebay, I can get the whole set plus add $50 and will include all the necessary hardwares, also free shipping it will come out to like $550
Sounds ok? I was trying to find 19's but can't for the same model. Thanks again :) :L

Those volvo's are expensive for what they are and the offset is to high. Get the second set

Neither one.
Don't know if you noticed, the second set has a few too many drilled out lug nut holes. You are actually going to put something like that on your car???

Ah I didn't even see those. Yea that is something I definitely wouldn't want... Some universal thing that has exposed lugs...

I didn't even notice that my self. Anyhows, that first picture the Volvo wheels, is it gonna work ok in the car, due to having an offset of +55 mm? I'm not really sure how it would look like or work on that offset. Can someone point me on what is the best offset that will work in the car without doing modifications. Thanks.:)

That offset will work. Stock is +60mm, you can go as low as +38mm without rubbing up front if you dont go wider than 8.5'' I think it is. The lower the offset, the more the wheel will be pushed out towards the fender. Any lower than +38mm and you will hit the fender

Just pick up these. Not a bad price, considering you don't have to pay for tires. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/19-J...ptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories

EDIT: Alax ignore my post. It was for the OP.

@05 LS8, That shoes looks good, and the price its not bad. also I can pick it up due to it being local in my area. Thanks, great find.:) :I

Either, Or. I like those too.
I believe, a member had those in chrome, on his green LS???? They looked sharp.
